About the Role
As a Clinical Safety Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in pharmacovigilance by managing and processing adverse events from multiple sources including clinical trials and post-marketing surveillance. This role is ideal for professionals looking to expand their career in drug safety and regulatory compliance within a globally respected CRO.
Key Responsibilities

Handle and triage incoming safety-related calls and documentation

Collect, evaluate, and track adverse and serious adverse events (SAEs)

Write comprehensive safety narratives for regulatory reporting

Analyze and report safety data trends

Work closely with internal departments and clinical research sites to ensure adherence to global safety guidelines and SOPs
Candidate Profile
Medpace is looking for candidates with a strong background in healthcare and a keen interest in pharmacovigilance. Ideal qualifications include:

A Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field such as Nursing, Pharmacy, or Pharmacology

Prior experience in clinical research, case processing, or post-marketing pharmacovigilance is preferred

Proficiency in English and strong communication skills

Good understanding of medical terminology and safety documentation

Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office tools

Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
