💼 About the Role: Associate Analyst
The Associate Analyst will play a vital role in delivering pricing and competitor intelligence services. The position involves dynamic teamwork, data analysis, and direct support for clients through customized reporting and insights.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Excel Reporting: Generate pricing and competitor reports involving data extraction, standardization, and computations.

Market Research: Analyze legislative changes and profit margin structures in the pharmaceutical industry.

Data Analytics: Perform basic to advanced analytics using EVERSANA’s databases.

Portal Maintenance: Update pricing information and maintain internal tools/portals.
🧠 Required Skills and Experience:

0 to 1 year of professional experience.

Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Solid understanding of Market Research, Data Interpretation, and Secondary Analysis.

Mandatory knowledge of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical domain.

Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Market Access is a plus.

Exposure to SQL and Macros is desirable.

Quick learning ability, strong analytical thinking, and effective time management.
