Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. in Chemical or Diploma in Chemical
Experience:
•1 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
•Freshers are not eligible to attend the interview.
Key Skills and Knowledge Required
Candidates must possess the following:
•Technical Knowledge:
•Good understanding of unit operation and unit process.
•Awareness of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and basic pharmaceutical industry standards.
•Experience in handling plant-specific areas during shifts.
•Proficiency in operating API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) production equipment.
Additional Skills:
•Basic knowledge of GMP, safety protocols, and computer operations.
•Process safety implementation experience in API, bulk drug, or pharmaceutical industries.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Preferences/Compulsions
•Candidates must have secured 60% marks or a first-class in their highest qualification.
•Exception: Candidates with 5+ years of post-qualification documented experience may relax the marks criteria.
•Freshers are strictly advised not to attend.
