🔹 Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensure timely closure of critical positions, leverage LinkedIn sourcing, conduct strategic interactions, support onboarding, and handle grievances.
🔹 HR Operations: Oversee smooth onboarding & induction, manage HR processes, generate reports, and handle exit formalities.
🔹 HR Analytics: Maintain data management, reporting, and analytics, while identifying new talent sources in collaboration with the HR Manager.
🔹 Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, identify process gaps, and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
