Position: Site Quality Head
Team size: 250 +
Qualification: M. Sc. / B. Pharm / M. Pharm
Experience: 20 to 25 yrs. of Sterile / Injectable.
Role & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for Quality System of Organization, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Microbiology.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (EU, TGA, PICS, ANVISA, MHRA), maintaining product quality standards, and leading a team to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
•Developing and implementing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and collaborating across departments to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
•Develop and implement quality assurance and control strategies.
•Oversee the execution of site-specific Quality initiatives to ensure compliance with global regulatory standards like EU/TGA/PICS/ANVISA/MHRA.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a robust system for corrective actions, CAPAs, and non-conformance handling.
•Ensure the site complies with all applicable regulatory standards of respective authorities.
•Oversee the Quality Control laboratories, ensuring that raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products are tested and meet specifications.
•Ensure all testing, sampling procedures, and Stability programs for injectable products are followed and documented properly.
•Mentor, coach, and develop the quality team to maintain high levels of performance and knowledge.
•Identify training needs and ensure continuous training programs to enhance the team’s competence.
•Promote a culture of quality and ensure cross-functional collaboration within the site.
