About the Role
As an Associate Clinical Data Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting data management projects for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. You will assist senior data managers and team leaders in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and quality of clinical trial data. Your work will contribute directly to the success of clinical research initiatives, helping bring new therapies and treatments to market faster and more safely.
Key Responsibilities

Performing and assisting with regular data cleaning activities to maintain high-quality and timely deliverables.

Acting as a backup to Senior Data Coordinators or Data Team Leads when needed.

Managing assigned tasks independently with minimal oversight.

Reporting on the quality of data collection and project progress to data management leaders.

Participating in internal study meetings and sponsor/internal audits.

Tracking project timelines, identifying risks, and supporting corrective actions in coordination with team leads.

Ensuring compliance with required training and eSOP readings.

Fostering collaborative communication across data management teams and other cross-functional groups.
Qualifications and Skills Required

A Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or an equivalent field (preferred).

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

A fundamental understanding of the drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research processes.
