🔍 Job Overview
As a Safety Associate Trainee, you will support pharmacovigilance operations by reviewing, assessing, and processing safety data and adverse event (AE) information received from multiple sources. Your role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety through accurate data processing and reporting.
🛠 Key Responsibilities

Prioritize and complete assigned training modules in a timely manner.

Review and process safety data in compliance with SOPs, project guidelines, and global regulations.

Perform core pharmacovigilance tasks, including:

Collecting and tracking AE information.
-
Determining case status (initial/follow-up).
-
Database entry and coding of AEs and products.
-
Narrative writing and literature surveillance.
-

Meet expected quality and productivity benchmarks.
-
Identify and report quality issues to senior team members.
-
Attend team meetings and share feedback on ongoing challenges or achievements.
-
Ensure 100% compliance with internal people processes.

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by operations or management.
🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field (minimum qualification).

Strong grasp of medical terminology.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
-
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel occasionally if required.
