Job Role: Pharmacovigilance Services – New Associate
Location: Chennai
Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year
Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Environment: Rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities

Perform case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and case processing

Handle Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) according to client guidelines and global regulations

Manage affiliate mailbox, reconcile safety reports, and complete written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious cases

Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance standards and data integrity

Work within a team under direct supervision with clear task instructions
Skills and Requirements

Basic knowledge of pharmacovigilance and drug safety

Familiarity with clinical research and regulatory frameworks

Proficiency in medical terminology

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Willingness to work in a shift-based environment
