🔍 Job Summary:
As a Medidata eTMF/CTMS Product Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of Medidata’s clinical trial management systems. You will ensure seamless operations, compliance, and user satisfaction across global clinical programs.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and support of Medidata eTMF/CTMS solutions.

Configure system components and apply necessary changes.

Handle master data management and study setup.

Manage user access, roles, and permissions across the platform.

Perform data reconciliation and cleanup to maintain system accuracy.

Design and generate report dashboards using Visual Analytics.

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues; submit feature enhancement requests.

Ensure full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Conduct comprehensive user training sessions and prepare manuals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system use with business goals.
🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in Life Sciences.

Hands-on experience with Medidata eTMF and CTMS platforms.

In-depth understanding of clinical trial processes and documentation.

Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.
