1. Microbiology Department
Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conducting Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) and Growth Promotion Tests (GPT)
-
Performing environmental monitoring activities
-
Carrying out swab sampling procedures
-
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
We are seeking candidates with hands-on expertise in microbiological testing and a strong understanding of environmental and facility monitoring.
2. Quality Assurance – QMS (Quality Management Systems)
Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
Experience: 5 to 9 years
Key Responsibilities:
-
Managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
-
Handling deviations and change control processes
-
Working exclusively in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing plants
This role demands a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and quality systems, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of production and documentation.
3. Analytical Quality Assurance – Microbiology (AQA Micro)
Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., or M.Pharm
Experience: 6 to 9 years
Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing microbiology-related data for accuracy and compliance

Ensuring adherence to 21 CFR Part 11 standards
-
Managing Quality Management System (QMS) activities specific to microbiology
-
Reviewing audit trails from LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
-
Overseeing the use and maintenance of systems like Vitek Compact, LBPC, and incubators
-
Reviewing reports related to MLT, Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET), Environmental Monitoring (EM), and water analysis
We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and prior experience in an AQA Micro role.
