Sudeep Pharma is seeking experienced researchers and chemists to strengthen its Research & Development division.
1. Assistant Manager – R&D
Experience: 7–10 years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Inorganic / Applied / Industrial Chemistry)
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive literature reviews
Validate new processes and scale them up to commercial levels
Lead and guide team members
2. Executive / Senior Executive – R&D
Experience: 3–6 years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Inorganic / Applied / Industrial Chemistry)
Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct lab activities
Perform literature reviews
Prepare technical documentation and reports
3. Chemist – R&D
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Inorganic / Applied / Industrial Chemistry)
Responsibilities:
Execute lab experiments
Maintain accurate data and records.
Positions in the Pilot Plant Department
1. Supervisor – Pilot Plant
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Inorganic / Applied / Industrial Chemistry)
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the pilot plant
Manage documentation
Coordinate with R&D and ADL teams
2. Operator – Pilot Plant
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: ITI (AOCP / LACP)
Responsibilities:
Operate pilot plant machinery
Handle batch processing, calcination, SFD, FBD, and VTD.
Openings in the ADL Department
1. Assistant Manager – ADL
Experience: 8–10 years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Inorganic / Applied / Industrial Chemistry)
Responsibilities:
Conduct literature reviews
Develop and validate analytical methods
Lead and mentor the ADL team
Manage documentation
2. Chemist – ADL
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Inorganic / Applied / Industrial Chemistry)
Responsibilities:
Carry out routine analyses
