Job Overview
IQVIA is looking for experienced Clinical Data Management professionals to join their dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of data management services for single and multi-service projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within timelines and budgets. You will also provide leadership, technical expertise, and support to the Data Management (DM) team to meet customer needs and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Gather study setup requirements through effective communication with stakeholders.
Support and oversee validation of new device integrations with minimal guidance.
Perform regular data cleaning activities to ensure quality data and timely sponsor deliverables.
Ensure deliverables meet expected quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to agreed timelines and deliverables as per contract/Scope of Work (SOW).
Support training of new joiners and lead internal study meetings.
Participate in sponsor meetings and audits.
Track and manage projects, monitor progress, and take corrective actions when needed.
Oversee implementation of new technologies and database revisions.
Collaborate with programming teams for process innovation and automation.
Maintain compliance with trainings, eSOPs, and internal procedures.
Review and provide inputs on core operating procedures and working instructions.
Maintain collaborative communication across teams and functions.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: 3–4 years in Data Management, including at least 1 year as a CDM Project Lead (Preferred)
Language: English fluency – Advanced spoken and written skills
Technical: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer applications
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research processes
