🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Management (required).
Experience:
0–2 years of relevant experience in biopharma, healthcare, market research, or financial sector.
Global experience and exposure to international stakeholders is preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of at least one therapeutic area.
Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
Sharp attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
Preferred Attributes:
Flexible and collaborative work approach.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst, you will:
Conduct primary & secondary market research to generate strategic insights.
Gather, analyze, and interpret clinical & commercial data from multiple sources.
Evaluate market trends and assess commercial opportunities for forecasting.
Design primary research surveys and conduct expert interviews.
Translate data and therapeutic expertise into insightful syndicated reports.
Deliver findings through clear and structured written reports.
