Walk-In Drive Details

1. Microbiology Testing
Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology
Experience: 2–6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in MLT, BET, sterility testing and bioburden analysis.
- Microbial culture, identification and staining techniques.
- Experience with VITEK operation.
- Microbiological sampling of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
- Knowledge of GDP, data integrity and GMP requirements.
- Microbiology documentation, protocol review, summary reports and QMS activities.
Testing Exposure: BET, MLT, Sterility Testing and Bioburden Testing.
2. Production – DS (Downstream Processing)
Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Tech
Experience: 1–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Operation of packing and unpacking of different packaging forms and chromatography systems.
- Operation of manual and automated chromatography systems.
- Monitoring centrifuge systems as per established procedures.
- Maintaining equipment and process records in accordance with approved SOPs and cGMP requirements.
- Compliance with SOPs, GMP and manufacturing procedures.
- Preparation and maintenance of manufacturing documentation.
- Troubleshooting and process improvement activities.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Preferred: Experience in sterile and non-sterile biological purification processes will be an added advantage.
3. QC Biologics
Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Tech / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Performing analytical testing of finished products.
- Operating and maintaining instruments such as HPLC and ELISA Reader.
- Handling spectrophotometer, Karl Fischer equipment, pH meter and analytical balance.
- Knowledge of QC-related techniques including biochemical, immunochemical and electrophysics-based assays.
- Maintaining GMP and data integrity requirements.
- Basic knowledge of AMV and QMS elements.
- Documentation and report preparation.
Preferred: Experience in biologics QC testing and regulatory documentation.
