1. Production Department
Position: Assistant Manager
Experience: 8–10 years
Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry, B.E./B.Tech. Chemical, or B.Sc. Chemistry.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience working in an API manufacturing plant.
- Knowledge of equipment handling, batch planning, and shift handling.
- Understanding of GMP and documentation.
- Manpower planning and management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
2. Production Department
Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 3–6 years
Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry, B.E./B.Tech. Chemical, B.Sc. Chemistry, or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of API manufacturing operations.
- Experience handling reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and utility operations.
- Understanding of GMP and documentation practices.
3. Production Department
Position: Associate / Junior Officer
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: B.Sc. Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of API plant operations.
- Experience handling reactors, centrifuges, and dryers.
- Understanding of utility operations, GMP, and documentation.
4. Quality Assurance (QA)
Position: Officer / Executive
Experience: 3–7 years
Qualification: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry.
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Analytical QA and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Equipment qualification.
- Quality Management System (QMS).
- Process validation and cleaning validation.
- SAP knowledge is compulsory.
5. Quality Control (QC)
Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 2–6 years
Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on knowledge of HPLC and GC.
- Experience with autotitrators, UV, and FTIR.
- Knowledge of Chromeleon 7.2, LabSolutions, and Tiamo software.
Important Requirements
Candidates should have experience in the API / Bulk Drugs industry and should have worked in regulatory-approved manufacturing plants, such as those approved by USFDA, EDQM, or WHO.
