Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: B-Tech or M-Tech in Food Tech, Dairy Tech, or Nutrition Science.
- Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in Formulation Development.
- Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in the Nutraceutical Industry.
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of FSSAI compliance, Health Supplements, FSDU (Foods for Special Dietary Use), FSMP (Foods for Special Medical Purposes), and Protein & Sports Nutrition.
Key Responsibilities
As a leader in the Formulation Development team, your primary focus will be:
- Product Innovation: Leading the end-to-end product formulation process to create market-leading health products.
- Compliance: Ensuring all formulations strictly adhere to FSSAI regulations and safety standards.
- Strategic Growth: Driving innovation in the Nutraceutical and Sports Nutrition sectors to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
