Open Positions and Requirements
Hetero is seeking talent for multiple departments, ranging from entry-level operators to experienced team leads.
1. Research & Development (R&D – USP, DSP, and AR&D)
Candidates with an M.Sc. or B.Tech in Biotech and 2 to 12 years of experience are invited to apply for Associate, Senior Associate, and Team Lead roles.
- Upstream/Downstream (USP & DSP): Focuses on process development, scale-up, tech transfer, and purification of mAbs, Glycoproteins, and ADCs.
- Analytical R&D (AR&D): Requires expertise in method validation for biologics, product characterization, and hands-on experience with MS, HPLC/UPLC, and ELISA.
2. Production (USP, DSP, and Filling)
Role levels include Officer, Executive, Sr. Executive, and Managerial positions.
- USP & DSP Production: Requires 2 to 10 years of experience and an M.Sc./B.Tech (Biotech). Skills needed include single-use bioreactor operation, aseptic mammalian cell culture, and QMS documentation.
- Filling: Open to M.Sc./B.Tech (Biotech), B.Pharm/M.Pharm, or ITI/Diploma holders with 1 to 9 years of experience. Expertise in Lyophilizer operation, aseptic media fills, and vial filling/sealing is highly valued.
3. Labelling & Packing
Hetero is looking for Jr. Executives, Operators, and Sr. Operators with 1 to 6 years of experience.
- Qualifications: M.Sc., B.Pharm, ITI, Diploma, or any Graduate degree.
- Key Responsibilities: Supervision of packing activities, track & trace systems, and manual visual inspection.
