Available Positions and Department Requirements
Cadila is hiring across four primary departments. All roles generally require 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
1. Production Department
- Positions: Technical Assistant and Technical Supervisor.
- Sections: Focus areas include Granulation, Coating, Capsule Filling, Compression, and Packing (Blister/Almac).
- Educational Criteria: 10th or 12th with ITI, or B.Pharma.
2. Engineering Department
- Positions: Technical Assistant and Technician.
- Sections: Utility and Internal Maintenance.
- Educational Criteria: 10th or 12th with ITI, or B.Tech.
3. Quality Control (QC) Department
- Positions: Technical Supervisor.
- Sections: Instrumentation Lab, Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Stability Analyst, and Finished Goods.
- Educational Criteria: M.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
4. Quality Assurance (QA) Department
- Positions: Technical Supervisor.
- Section: In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA).
- Educational Criteria: B.Pharma.
