Role Overview
The Medical Information Specialist will play a key role in managing medical inquiries, reviewing scientific information, and supporting product quality and safety functions. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle scientific data effectively.
Key Responsibilities
•Managing medical inquiries, product quality complaints, and ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction) calls, including receipt, lodging, responding, and tracking.
•Monitoring open inquiries and scheduling cases as needed.
•Maintaining and updating multiple trackers.
•Reviewing scientific documents and providing accurate, well-researched responses.
•Coordinating with reporters and collecting medical information from physicians, pharmacists, and patients.
•Sharing updated and validated data with the concerned internal teams.
•Performing reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
