The company is currently hiring for the position of Scientist – Formulation Analytical R&D (Method Development) specifically focused on Oral Solid and Semi-Solid Dosage Forms. The position is based in Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for this role must possess:
•M.Pharm or M.Sc qualification
•7 to 9 years of experience in Analytical R&D, particularly in method development for OSD and semi-solid formulations
This position is ideal for professionals with extensive hands-on expertise in analytical method development, troubleshooting, and regulatory documentation.
Job Responsibilities
•The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of analytical development activities, including:
•Developing, optimizing, and validating analytical methods for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Semi-Solid dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, and related API/impurity profiling.
•Independently managing analytical activities, documentation, regulatory compliance, and supporting formulation development and stability studies.
•Creating and refining analytical methods for assay, impurities (RS), dissolution, content uniformity, and release testing.
•Designing stability-indicating methods in accordance with ICH Q2 guidelines.
•Conducting forced degradation studies and evaluating degradation pathways.
•Preparing SOPs, method development reports (MDRs), and technical documents.
•Providing analytical responses to regulatory authorities related to OSD and semi-solid products.
•Applying strong HPLC and UPLC experience for method development and troubleshooting.
•Utilizing deep knowledge of OSD technologies, excipient compatibility, and formulation impacts.
•Supporting stability-indicating method development for complex formulations.
