1. Analytical R&D
Qualification: M.Sc. / M.Pharm
Specialization: Analytical, Organic & Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct analytical research and development using techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV and FTIR.
- Perform method development and validation.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review analytical reports and documentation.
- Support method transfer and troubleshooting activities.
2. Production – OSD
Position: Compression Operators
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Com
Experience: 2–5 Years
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor tablet compression machines.
- Ensure correct machine setup, tablet weight, hardness and quality.
- Perform in-process checks and documentation.
- Follow cGMP, SOPs and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
3. Production – Injectables
Position: Operators
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Com
Experience: 2–5 Years
Cronus Pharma has openings across multiple specialized operator tracks in its injectables manufacturing line.
Available Areas
Compounding
- Prepare and dispense solutions according to batch records.
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness.
- Follow SOPs, GMP and safety procedures.
Autoclave
- Operate and monitor autoclaves for sterilization cycles.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading.
- Record and verify cycle data and documentation.
Vial Washing
- Operate vial washing machines.
- Monitor temperature, airflow and sterilization processes.
- Record and verify cycle data and logs.
Vial Filling & Sealing
- Operate vial filling lines.
- Ensure accurate filling, minimum wastage and sterility.
- Follow SOPs, GMP and batch-record requirements.
Tunnel
- Operate and monitor depyrogenation tunnels.
- Maintain required temperature and cycle parameters.
- Record and verify process logs.
Terminal Steriliser
- Operate and monitor terminal sterilization equipment.
- Validate temperature and pressure parameters.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
