The company is looking for candidates with relevant pharmaceutical, analytical, engineering, QA, and inventory-management experience for various senior and mid-level roles.

1. Manager – LCMS
Department: Analytical Development
Experience: 12–18 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Analytical
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Experience in LC, LC-MS, Nitrosamine and NDSIR.
- Supervise and lead the Analytical Development team.
- Experience in analytical method validation and technology transfer.
- Hands-on experience in forced degradation studies, preformulation studies and dissolution studies.
- Experience in Extractables & Leachables (E&L).
- Ability to handle technical queries related to pharmaceutical, medical device, food and AYUSH products.
2. Sr. Executive – Civil
Department: Engineering
Experience: 5–7 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Civil
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute civil construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, MEP teams and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and equipment.
- Review BBS, material consumption, rate analysis, work measurements and contractor bills.
- Interpret and oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and utility drawings.
- Maintain site documentation, progress reports and quality records.
- Coordinate procurement and planning for timely material availability.
- Ensure quality, budget, timelines and contractor compliance.
3. AGM / DGM – Quality Assurance
Department: Quality Assurance
Experience: 20+ Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide independent oversight of QA approvals, decisions and QMS operations.
- Conduct QA self-inspections and identify opportunities for systemic improvement.
- Monitor QA KPIs including RFT, cycle time, CAPA, deviations, OOS and change controls.
- Review risk assessments and root-cause analyses.
- Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with GDP, ALCOA+ and CSV principles.
- Drive Management Review Meetings and align quality objectives with business goals.
- Strong knowledge of GLP, GMP, ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, USFDA, CDSCO and related regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and stakeholder-management skills.
4. Executive / Sr. Executive – Store
Department: Store (Engineering)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering stores, warehouse and inventory operations.
- Handle material receipt, inspection, storage and issuance.
- Maintain inventory control, stock records and documentation, including GRN/GRM and stock entries.
- Ensure proper material identification, labelling, traceability and accountability.
- Support efficient engineering-store operations and inventory accuracy.
