To develop method for analysis.
• To validate the activities in the bioanalytical laboratory.
To prepare and analyse biological samples for the quantitation of drugs and/or metabolites during subject sample analysis.
To prepare project specific solutions, labels, maintaining chemicals/solvents and daily calibrations. Operation, maintenance and calibration of HPLC, pipettes, Multipettes, pH meter, semi micro and ultra-micro balance.
