Eligibility and Requirements
Bharat Biotech is seeking “Experienced Candidates” who meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications: Open to candidates with ITI, Diploma, Graduation, or Post-Graduation degrees.
- Experience: Applicants must have 3 to 10 years of relevant experience specifically in Injectable and Vaccine Manufacturing.
- Work Flexibility: Candidates should be comfortable working in shifts as per production requirements.
Open Positions in Production
The hiring drive focuses on two primary areas of the production cycle:
1. Drug Substance (Bioprocess)
- Upstream Process: Specializing in Cell Culture, Fermentation, and Autoclave Operations.
- Downstream Process: Focused on Virus Culture, Centrifuge, Purification, TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration), and Chromatography.
2. Drug Product (Formulation & Filling)
- Expertise in Formulation and Filling (Vials, BFS, PFS).
- Experience with C-Rabs, O-Rabs, and Isolator technology.
- Knowledge of Sealing, Capping, Vial Washing, and Autoclave processes.
