The Role: International Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive at Biozenta, you won’t just be selling products; you will be building vital bridges between life-saving oncology treatments and the global healthcare markets that need them most. We are looking for result-oriented individuals who thrive in multicultural business environments and possess the strategic mindset to penetrate competitive international territories.
Core Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oncology segment in Russia, Ukraine, Africa, and Asia.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with international distributors, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to create effective entry strategies for diverse geographic regions.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire business development process, from lead generation and negotiation to closing international contracts.
- Travel & Representation: Represent Biozenta Lifescience at national and international trade fairs and client meetings.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in international business development, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Oncology pharmaceutical products is essential.
- Global Readiness: Must hold a valid passport and be fully open to both national and international travel.
- Market Expertise: Prior exposure or existing networks in Russia, Ukraine, African, or Asian markets is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to negotiate effectively with global clients.
