Position Details
Designation: Sr. Officer to Assistant Manager – HR/Admin
Number of Positions: 01
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years
Preferred Candidate: Male
Qualification: MSW / MHRM / MBA / MLW
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative functions, including:
•Managing daily and monthly contract labor activities and generating reports.
•Overseeing time-keeping operations such as attendance, leaves, overtime, C-Off, PF, and ESIC.
•Operating payroll software like Saral and Cosec.
•Handling manpower planning and deployment records.
•Posting notices and circulars on the notice board as required.
•Managing transportation and canteen administration.
•Maintaining biometric attendance and coordinating with the accounts department for monthly payroll processing.
•Managing employee exit procedures, including relieving letters and full & final settlements.
•Verifying labor registers such as attendance, overtime, and ID card registers.
•Ensuring compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESIC, and other industrial regulations.
•Handling GPA/GMC insurance management.
•Coordinating plant HR activities.
•Managing ER1 and ER2 employment exchange returns.
•Processing reimbursements such as LTA.
•Facilitating employee education benefits.
•Liaising with government departments when required.
Required Skills
Candidates must be proficient in:
•Software: Saral, Cosec
•Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP and other formulas
•Should be ready to work in shifts.
