The company is looking for a Central Warehouse Executive to oversee OTC products and pharmaceutical bulk sale goods at its formulation plant. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, compliance, and timely dispatches while maintaining quality standards.
Role Overview
The Central Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, allocation, dispatch, and supervision of workforce activities. The role plays a key part in maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting cross-functional teams such as sales, logistics, and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
•Receive, verify, and store incoming goods in the warehouse (godown).
•Maintain accurate stock records and regularly update inventory.
•Plan and execute dispatches of OTC and bulk pharmaceutical sale goods on time.
•Allocate and organize goods efficiently for easy tracking and access.
•Supervise and manage contract workers to ensure smooth workflow.
•Maintain hygiene, safety standards, and GMP compliance across warehouse operations.
•Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams for dispatch documentation and inventory planning.
Candidate Requirements
•Graduate in any discipline (B.Com or B.Sc. preferred).
•2–5 years of experience in warehouse/store management, specifically in pharma sale goods.
•Experience in handling contract workers is preferred.
•Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems.
•Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping abilities.
