Position Details
Department: Production (Formulation & Filling)
Designation: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
Job Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
Experience: 8 to 12 years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute formulation and filling activities for vaccine production while ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and company standards.
Optimize formulation processes to enhance product stability, efficacy, and manufacturability.
Oversee filling operations such as vial filling, pre-filled syringes (PFS), lyophilization, and aseptic processing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation and detailed production records.
Train and mentor junior staff members on formulation and filling operations.
Candidate Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in vaccine formulation and filling within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
Strong understanding of aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing environments.
In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations, quality management systems, and production best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to regulatory inspections and submissions will be an added advantage.
