Position: Officer – Quality Assurance
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure and experience in the following areas:
1. Experience working in an OSD formulation facility approved by the US FDA.
2. Ability to maintain and update training records, matrices, and attendance sheets accurately.
3. Capability to coordinate GMP and job-specific training sessions effectively.
4. Cross-departmental coordination for seamless planning and execution of training programs.
5. Conduct and coordinate induction training for new joiners.
6. Prior working exposure to Training Management Systems (TRIMS).
