Qualification and experience:
•B. Sc/M.Sc./B. Pharm/MBA Marketing.
•Should have 5+ Yrs. Sales experience Background with Pharmaceutical Company.
Job Description:
•We need Candidates who have passion and want to play long term for Latam/CIS/ Asian and African Markets and should have current clientage in hand.
• To seek new business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with new potential clients.
•Having experience in business development of finished formulation internationally.
•His/her role is to Identify & shortlist potential partners for the products which are in our portfolio and give them a in clinic presentation of product range by various communication tools like product brochures and other knowledge sharing literatures, Query handling and persuade them to prescribe company’s brands relevant to their clinical specialty.
•Through his/her own contacts should get enquiries for international clients, tenders & merchant export requirements and generate new business to fill the product pipeline and then to generate the sales.
•Responsible for developing business plan and establishing and creating sustainable growth of company products in chosen global markets.
•Offer the company services in the most presentable manner and educate to prospective clients about the company services, portfolio, etc.
•Develop and drive export sales activity by tapping and creating new customers internationally.
•Identify potential clients, Develop and maintain client relationships.
•Preparation of Annual Sales Budget, meeting the targets & gaining the desired growth.
•Should have basic understanding of Regulatory, Production, QA/QC & Supply Chain so can communicate with these departments for daily operations. Should have good skills as communicator, leads convertor and customer coordinator.
