Warehouse Head
Department: Warehouse/Distribution (Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM)
Require Experiences: 15 to 20 yrs.
Require Qualification: Any Graduate
Role & Responsibilities:
•Maintains all pharmaceutical distribution regulatory requirements for State licensing and Drug Supply Chain Security Act, through management and updating of SOPs and collaboration with relevant departments.
•Maintains warehouse in neat, clean, safe, and organized condition. Ensures that equipment is stocked in appropriate areas.
•Handling, Storage, and clearance of rejected and expired materials.
•Facing all regulatory audits, customers, internal and external audits.
•Follow-up with vendors and transporter regarding delivery of materials.
•Preparation of MIS report related to all areas.
•Material receipt & issue as per production plan. Follow up with QC for material release.
•Responsible for internal & external audit (Customer & Regulatory).
•Involvement in deviations, change control, documentation, risk assessment and CAPA in consultation with Quality Assurance.
•Responsible for sending daily and weekly reports.
•Acts as liaison with Customer Service to ensure customer needs are fulfilled.
•Performs weekly, quarterly, and yearly physical inventory as per the Management requirements. Manages count sheets and approves inventory discrepancies.
•Manages process of stocking shelves and maintenance of inventory.
•Reports stock shortages and product needs in a timely matter to the hire authority Inventory Distribution for processing of PO to vendor.
•Maintains awareness of safety considerations in the warehouse including use of pallet jack, forklift, ladders, moverment of equipment, and lifting and carrying.
•Performs weekly safety and security training with staff.
•Supervises the shipping and receiving operations. Supervises check-in and proper storage of all incoming freight and UPS/Fed Ex deliveries. Maintains proper documentation of same.
•Directs staff in selection and packing of proper equipment and supplies, as necessary. Maintains purchase orders, back order/open order report. Ensures that product is ordered in a timely manner and ships prior to month end closing
