Overview:
As a Trainee Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Proposal Team in preparing and submitting proposals to potential clients. You will work closely with the Proposal Manager and other team members to ensure that proposals are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company guidelines.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals to potential clients.
– Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
– Review and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
– Assist in the development of proposal templates and other proposal-related materials.
– Maintain proposal files and databases.
– Assist in the coordination of proposal-related meetings and activities.
– Provide support to the Proposal Manager and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
