Candidate Profile and Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must meet specific educational and professional criteria:
- Educational Background: Candidates should hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
- Facility Exposure: Applicants must have previous exposure to an OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) formulation FDA-approved facility.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Skills
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of critical laboratory and compliance tasks, including:
- Testing Procedures: Performing tests on finished products, in-process materials, process validation samples, Raw Materials (RM), and stability samples.
- Instrument Handling: Proficiency in operating advanced analytical equipment such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and Dissolution apparatus.
- Software and Compliance: Ability to use LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Caliber software.
- Monitoring: Oversight of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) activities within both the Quality Control and Microbiology departments.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of various test methods and instrumental techniques standard in a quality control laboratory.
