Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Formulations Manufacturing plant for Sikkim location on 14th January, 2024 (Sunday) from 9 am to 5 pm.
(The interview will take place at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh)
Production
Officer to Senior Executive (Oral Solid / Oral Liquid / Semi Solid dosages form)
: B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-6 years of relevant experience in supervising and controlling production areas like Capsule. Compression, Coating. Topical, MDI, Liquid and QMS. Candidates would be responsible for planning the manufacturing batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance. cleaning of equipment, instrument and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) and handling manpower and allocating daily activities. Candidates should have exposure to regulatory audit.
Technical Assistant / Operator (Oral Solid / Oral Liquid / Semi Solid dosages form): ITI / Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy with 2-6 years of experience in operating pharma machines like Capsule (Adapta100. AF90T) Compression machines (Cadmach). Coating machines (BLC150. Ganson). Topical MFG., MDI MFG. and Liquid MFG. Candidates would be performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Packing
Officer to Senior Executive: M. Pharm / B. Pharm with 3-7 years of experience in handling primary packing activities. Candidates would be responsible for packing line clearance, supervising operation for tube filling (IMA PG 150), blister line (BQS) and sachet packing (Wraptech), cleaning equipment/instrument/ auxiliary items, Track and Trace (OPTEL) as well as visual inspection. They would also be responsible for handling qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), preparing SOPs and GMP documents, performing SAP transactions as per requirement and would be accountable for yield and productivity.
Technical Assistant / Operator: ITI / Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy with 2-6 years of experience in operating machines in bulk (bottle) packing (IMA, CVC etc) & blister packing machine (BQS), tube filling (IMA PG 150) & sachet packing (Wraptech). Candidates must be capable of trouble shooting any glitches related to machines.
Engineering
Officer to Sr. Executive B.E/ B. Tech (instrumentation) with 2-8 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance of pharma equipment (Formulation Manufacturing) with good exposure to PLC, validation, SCADA and calibration.
Officer to Sr. Executive – Engineer: B.E / B. Tech with 2-8 years of pharmaceutical (Formulation Manufacturing) plant maintenance experience in BMS / HVAC / Chiller / Boiler / Air Compressor / Water System.
Technician / Operator: ITI / Diploma Engineer with 2-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical (Formulation Manufacturing) in the following areas:
Electrician / Fitter with experience in pharma formulation manufacturing machines/equipment maintenance / trouble shooting, operations/maintenance of HVAC / BMS / HVAC and Instrumentation – sensor controls, PLC, HML, SCADA etc.
Quality Assurance
Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive: B. Pharm/M.Sc./M. Pharm with 2-8 years of relevant experience in IPQA / validation related activities in Oral Solid / Oral Liquid / Semi Solid dosages manufacturing facilities.
Quality Control
Officer / Executive – Quality Control (Analyst / Reviewer): B.Sc. / M.Sc. with 2-8 years of hands-on experience in analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus, UV Visible Spectrometer, weight Analysis, Stability and GLP in Oral Solid / Oral Liquid / Semi Solid dosages formulation manufacturing plant.
Warehouse
Technical Assistant (Operator): Diploma/ITI with 3-6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations viz; receipt, storage, dispensing and handling of materials.
Officer to Executive: B.Sc./M.Sc./B. Pharm graduate with 2-6 years of experience in handling all raw material dispensing operations. Candidates should be well versed with SAP WMS, QMS, qualification & MES / automated dispensing System. They should have exposure to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits.
