Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Moraiya Manufacturing plant, Ahmedabad on 20th April, 2024 from 9 am to 4 pm.
Production – OSD
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch). Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson). Encapsulation machines (Bochang. Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting and Visual Inspection. Candidates would be responsible for capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO) performing line clearance and operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Trainee (Machine Operator): Candidates should hold a diploma and have graduated in the years 2023 / 2022/2021. Candidates receiving first class will be preferred. They would be responsible for operating and cleaning equipment as per the cleaning and operating procedure of the SOPs, setting the critical process parameters in PLC as per BMR, checking and filling sequential logbook, checklist, temperature and % RH record, ensuring proper label affix with the correct product name and batch number on the container, ensuring machine maintenance within the department and also ensuring all in-process checks.
For all the positions mentioned, candidates having exposure to pharmaceutical company, regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP will be an added advantage.
