Inviting candidates for Moraiya, SEZ-2 and Alidac Manufacturing plants, Ahmedabad on 17th March, Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.

OSD Facility

Production – OSD

Executive to Assistant Manager: B.Tech/M.Tech with 3-7 years of experience in tablet / capsule department with experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating and Inspection. Candidates would be responsible for planning for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning equipment, instrument, auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) and handling manpower and allocating daily activities.

Plant Operator / Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma with 3-8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG). Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection, Band sealing Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO). Candidates would be responsible for performing line clearance, operating and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

Quality Assurance

Senior Executive to Assistant Manager – (IPQA): B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 3-7 years of relevant experience in IPQA activities such as line clearance, in process, sampling of in process and finished products, swab sampling and review of BMR for manufacturing and packing line in Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing facilities.

Quality Control

Executive / Sr. Executive – (Analyst): B.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Sc. with 3-7 years of hands-on experience in raw material samples on analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus and UV visible spectrometer. Candidates may have exposure to wet analysis, stability studies, for Oral Solid Dosage. Candidates having software exposure in LIMS, documentum and Trackwise will be preferred. They should have experience in raw material analysis, method validation & method transfer and sampling.

Packing

Technical Assistant (Operator): Diploma in Engineering with 3-7 years of relevant experience in primary operating machines for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, Blister Line (BQS) and sachet packing (Wraptech). Candidates would be responsible for performing line clearance, operating, cleaning of equipment, monitoring equipment performances and breakdown, maintaining yield and productivity as per process instruction, receiving, arranging, storing and maintaining the material movement of packaging material.

Officer to Senior Executive B.Tech / M. Tech with 3-7 years of experience in handling primary packing activities, performing packing line clearance. supervising operation for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, Blis Blister Line (BQS) and Sachet Packing (Wraptech), cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items, Track and Trace (OPTEL) as well as visual inspection. Candidates would be responsible for handling qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), preparing SOPs and GMP documents, performing SAP transactions as per requirement and accountable for yield and productivity.

Engineering

Technician: Diploma / ITI / ITI (Refrigeration) with 3-7 years of experience in Utility / HVAC and BMS / Electrical (HT, LT panels) / Process Equipment(Granulation, Compression. Packing) / Instrumentation. Candidates having exposure to breakdown and preventive maintenance. Pharma and Regulatory Exposure is Must.

Executive / Sr Executive (Utility, HVAC+ BMS): B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical) with 3-7 years of experience in maintenance of AHU, air compressor, chiller and water system. Candidates should have exposure to SAP and adherence to safety work permits. Pharma and Regulatory exposure is must.

Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Civil): B.E / B.Tech (Civil) having 8-12 Years in Civil, preparation, design, BOQ, Planning scheduling and supervision of all new projects. The candidate should have exposure to SAP and adherence to Safety work permits. They should also have exposure to Pharma and Regulatory companies.

Executive / Sr Executive (Process Equipment): /B.Tech (Mechanical) with 3-7 years of experience in maintenance of OSD equipment used in process such as Granulation, Compression, Packing Etc. The candidate should have exposure to SAP and adherence to safety work permits. They should also have exposure to Pharma and Regulatory companies.

Candidate Details

1. For Production and Packing only B.Tech and M.Tech candidates are required who have exposure in OSD Production.

2. For Quality Assurance role B.Pharm / M.Pharm candidates are required with IPQA experience in OSD.

3. For Engineering roles: Candidates must be from Pharma industry only.

4. The candidates should have regulatory (USFDA) exposure.

5. The candidates should have good communication skills.

Production

Technical Asst. / Operator: Diploma in Engineering / Pharma / ITI with 2-8 years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Filling. Compounding. Washing / Tunnel / Capping and Isolator.

Officer to Asst. Manager: B.E. / B. Tech (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) with 2-7 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection.

Officer to Dy. Manager (Production-QMS): B.E. / B. Tech (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) with 2-10 years of experience in production QMS. Candidates should have experience in areas like Aseptic Filling. Vial Washing, Autoclave, Lyophilizer and Visual Inspection.

Engineering

Technical Asst. / Operator Process Maintenance and Instrumentation: Diploma / ITI with 1-8 years of relevant experience in the maintenance of breakdown, instrumentation and calibration of process equipment for injectable manufacturing plant.

Quality Assurance

Executive / Asst. Manager (IPQA / Validation): B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. with 4-8 years of relevant experience in IPQA / validation / qualification related activities in injectable manufacturing plant.
