Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Injectable and OSD manufacturing plant, Ahmedabad on 26th November from 9 am to 5 pm.
(The interview will take place at Vadodara)
Injectables (Ahmedabad) Production
Autoclave, Filling, Compounding. Washing / Tunnel / Capping & Lyophilizer Operator: Diploma in Engineering / Pharma / ITI with 1-7 years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Filling, Compounding. Washing/ Tunnel / Capping. Lyophilizer and Isolator. Officer to Executive: B.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) with 2-7 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like aseptic filling, vial washing, autoclave, lyophilizer and visual inspection. Officer to Executive (QMS): B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-7 years of experience in production QMS should have experience of areas like aseptic filling, vial washing. autoclave, lyophilizer and visual inspection.
Engineering
Process Maintenance – Operator: Diploma / ITI with 1-6 years of relevant
experience in maintenance & operations of HVAC, chiller, boiler, AHUs, water system & handling of breakdown, process maintenance, instrumentation and calibration of process equipment for injectable manufacturing plant.
Executive / Sr. Executive: (IPQA/Validation / Analytical QA) B. Pharm / M. Pharm /M.Sc. with 2-8 years of relevant experience in IPQA / Validation / Qualification or analytical QA related activities in injectable manufacturing plant.
Quality Control
Officer/Executive: B.Sc./M.Sc with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus and UV visible spectrometer. They should also have exposure to weight analysis, stability studies in Injectable Manufacturing Plant.
OSD (Ahmedabad)
Production
Technical Assistant (Operator): Diploma in Engineering / Pharma with 3-7 years of experience in operating machines like Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya,
GEA). Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Ohara, Anish), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor,
Compression machines (Fette. Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson).
performing line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Officer to Executive Production: B.Sc./B.Pharma/M.Pharma / B.Tech (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) with 4-7 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like Granulation, Compression and QMS. Candidates would be responsible for planning the manufacturing batches in coordination with PPMC. monitoring line clearance, cleaning equipment, instrument and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) and handling manpower and allocating daily activities. Should have exposure to regulatory audit.
Packing
Technical Assistant (Operator): Diploma in Engineering / D.Pharm with 3-7 years of relevant experience in primary operating machines for bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, blister line(BQS) and sachet packing(Wraptech). Candidates would be responsible for performing line clearance, operating and cleaning of equipments, monitoring equipment performances and breakdown, maintaining yield and productivity as per process instruction and receiving and arranging store and maintaining the material movement of packaging material.
Officer to Senior Executive B.Sc. / B.Pharm with 3-7 years of experience in handling of primary packing activities. Candidates would be responsible for performing packing line clearance, supervising operation for bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, blister line(BQS) and sachet packing(Wraptech), cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items, Track and Trace (OPTEL) as well as visual inspection. They would also be responsible for handling qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). preparing SOPs and GMP documents and performing SAP transactions as per requirement and accountable for yield and productivity.
Dispensing
Technical Assistant: Diploma in Engineering/ D. Pharm / B.Sc. with 3-7 years of relevant experience in raw material and solvent dispensing operations and candidates should have knowledge of SAP system.
Officer to Senior Executive: B.Sc./M.Sc./B. Pharm with 3-7 years of experience in handling of all raw material dispensing operations. Candidates should be well versed with SAP WMS, QMS, qualification & MES / automated dispensing system and should have exposure to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits.
Warehouse
Technical Assistant (Operator): ITI / Diploma / B.A. / B.com with 3-7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations viz; receipt. storage, issuance and handling of materials. Preference will be given to knowledge of ASRS System, stacker operation & SAP system.
Officer to Senior Executive: B.Sc./M.Sc./B. Pharm graduate with 3-7 years of experience in handling warehouse activities. Candidates should have exposure in handling raw material, packing material receipt and issuance activities. They should also have good knowledge of QMS area and equipment qualification related activities and should be well versed with SAP MM module with WMS. The job also requires them to handle expired, rejected, non-moving and obsolete inventory and should have exposure to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits.
