Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Zydus Pharmaceuticals Ltd. at Vadodara on 2nd April, Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.

(We are recruiting for Greenfield, Formulations Manufacturing plant, Ahmedabad)

Quality Assurance

Senior Executive to Dy. Manager – (IPQA): B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 3-7 years of relevant experience in IPQA majorly in line clearance of manufacturing and packing line in oral solid dosage manufacturing facilities.

Warehouse

Technical Assistant (Operator): Diploma / ITI with 4-12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations viz: receipt, storage, dispensing and handling of materials.

Technical Assistant (Dispensing): Diploma in Engineering / Pharmacy with 4-12 years s of relevant experience in raw material dispensing activities.

Executive to Dy. Manager (Dispensing): B.Sc. / M.Sc./B. Pharma graduate with 5-12 years of experience in handling all raw material dispensing operations. Candidates should be well versed with SAP WMS. QMS, qualification & MES / automated dispensing system. Candidates should have exposure to USFDA/ MHRA and other regulatory audits.

Assistant Manager to Dy. Manager: B.Sc./ M.Sc./B. Pharm graduate with 5-15

years of experience in handling warehouse activities. Candidates should have exposure in handling raw material, packing material and dispensing activities. They should also have good knowledge in OMS areas and equipment qualification related activities. They should be well versed with SAP knowledge of MM module with WMS, handle expired, rejected, non-moving and obsolete inventory and should have exposure with respect to USFDA/ MHRA and other regulatory audits.

Production

Technical Assistant (Operator): Diploma in Engineering / Pharmacy having 5-10 years of experience in operating machines like granulation (ACG, glatt, tapasya. GEA), wurster coater (ACG, glatt, ohara, anish), fitzpatrick roll compactor. compression machines (fette, korsch), encapsulation machine, coating machines (glatt, ACG, ganson), performing line clearance, operating and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

Executive to Dy. Manager: B. Pharma / M. Pharma with 5-12 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like granulation, compression. capsule filling & coating. Candidates should be responsible for planning the manufacturing batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning equipment, instrument and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). handling manpower and allocating daily activities and should have exposure to regulatory audit is must.

Quality Control

Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – (Analyst): B.Sc. / B. Pharm / M.Sc. with 3-7 years of hands-on experience in finished goods samples on analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus and UV visible spectrometer. Candidates should also have exposure in wet analysis, stability studies in oral solid dosage. Candidates having exposure in softwares like LIMS, documentum. Trackwise will be preferable.
