Quality Analyst

Officer/ Executive: M.Sc. in Biotechnology/

M. Pharm with 2-4 years of experience. The job requires the candidates to participate in execution, to supervise activities related to qualifications of equipment, utilities and systems, to participate in failure investigation and ensure the CAPA implementation, to prepare SOP related to qualifications of equipment/utilities/systems and to validate

processes, to prepare and review validation master plan and update qualification matrix. The job also requires to review video tape of airflow pattern (smoke study) with respect to product filling zone for compliance, to review quality risk management, risk assessment of facility and equipments and verification of risk control and mitigation plan and review equipment sequential logbook and maintain equipment master list.
