Work location for OSD Positions: Zydus Lifesciences Ltd., Moraiya, Ahmedabad

We are Hiring for our Manufacturing & Quality Functions – Injectable Facility at Vadodara:

• Candidates with Injectable experience only can attend Interviews for the below-mentioned positions: –

Injectable_Quality Assurance: IPQA, Validation/Qualification & QMS Executive/ Sr. Executive

B. Pharm/M. Pharm/B.E. with 1 to 7 Years of relevant experience. The job requires knowledge of IPQA, Equipment Validation/Qualification & QMS roles.

Injectable_Production: Autoclave, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping & Lyophilizer – Operator

D. Pharm/DME/ITI with 1 to 7 Years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping & Lyophilizer.

Injectable_Production: Compounding & Aseptic Filling Sr. Executive

B. Pharm/M. Pharm with 3 to 7 Years of relevant experience in the Batch Manufacturing area & Aseptic Filling activities.

Injectable_Engineering: Process Maintenance Operator

Diploma/ITI with 1 to 6 Years of relevant experience in the maintenance & operations of HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, AHUs, Water System & handling of breakdown, maintenance, and calibration of Process equipment for Injectable Manufacturing.

Injectable_Engineering: Process Maintenance & QMS Sr. Executive

B.E. with 3 to 6 Years of relevant experience in the maintenance and operations of Process equipment & QMS activities for Injectable Manufacturing.

OSD_Production: Officer/ Executive

B. Pharm /M. Pharm with 3 – 7 Years of experience in Tablet/ Capsule department with experience in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection. Responsible to plan for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC. To monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities.

OSD_Production: Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant

ITI / Diploma having 3 – 8 Years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection,. Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
