Zydus Group is recruiting for its formulation manufacturing plant based at Ahmedabad for #QualityAssurance#QualityControl#Manufacturing#Engineering & #Warehouse by a walk-in interview scheduled on May 22nd, 2022 (Sunday) at #Goa.

Quality:
Sr. Executive Dy. Manager Quality Assurance (IPQA / Qualification / QMS) : B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 4-8 years of relevant experience of IPQA and manufacturing QMS related activities in oral solid dosage manufacturing facilities.
Executive – Asst. Manager – Quality Control (Microbiology): B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Microbiology with 3-7 years of hands on experience in microbiological analysis like sterility testing, BET MUT B.E.T., M.L.T., water analysis and candidates should have knowledge of environmental monitoring monitoring etc.
Executive – Asst. Manager – Quality Control (Analyst): B.Sc./B. Pharm / M.Sc. with 3-7 years of hands on experience in analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus. UV visible spectrometer. Candidates must have exposure to wet analysis and stability studies for Oral Solid Dosage form.
Manufacturing:
Technical Assistant (Operator) – OSD Production: Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy with 5-10 years of experience in operating machines like granulation (ACG, glatt, tapasya, GEA), wurster coater (ACG, glatt, anish). fitzpatrick roll 1 compactor, compression machines (fette, korsch). ACG encapsulation machine and d coating machines (glatt. ACG. ganson). oneration and cleaning of line clearance. The job requires to perform equipment/ instrument. t/auxiliary items.
Executive to Manager – OSD Production: B. Pharm/M.Pharm with 4-15 years of experience in supervising and controlling production sion.coating, areas like granulation candidates should be compression. inspection and packing to plan for the manufacturing of responsible to plan f batches in coordination with PPMC. The job requires to monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items, to carry out qualification activities, to initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation. CAPA, investigation) and to handle manpower and allocate daily activities.
Engineering:
Technician-Engineering: Diploma / ITI with 3-8 years of experience in HVAC + BMS. HT. LT panels operations routine operations, experience in sof air compressor, chiller and water system. Candidates should have experience in OSD process equipment maintenance. instrument-sensor controls, machine operation. PLC, HML, SCADA, and calibration activity. experience in calibration:
Senior Executive to to Manager – Engineer: B.E / B.Tech with 4-15 years of expective of experience in scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance activities of OSD equipment, HVAC HVAC + BMS operations, installation and upgradation. The job The job requires scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance and in-house calibration as well as external calibration activities, maintenance of air compressor, chiller and water system. Candidate should also have knowledge on PLC,SCADA and HLM.
Warehouse:
Technical Assistant (Operator): Diploma ITI with 4-10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations viz receipt, storage, dispensing and handling of materials.
Assistant Manager to Dy. Manager: B.Sc. /B. B. Pharm graduate with 5-15 years of experience in handling warehousing activities. Candidates should have experience in handling raw material, packing material and dispensing activities have good activities and they should also of QMS and area and knowledge of equipment qualification related activities. should be well versed with SAP knowledge of MM module with WMS and should possess the skill to handle manpower. The job also requires handling of expired, rejected, non moving and obsolete inventory. Candidates should also have exposure to USFDA/MHRA and other regulatory audits.
For all the above positions, it is essential for candidates to have exposure in pharmaceutical company and regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP/GLP Interested candidates can walk-in for an interview alongwith their updated CVs, salary slip and relevant documents as per the schedule..
