Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for OSD Manufacturing plant, Ahmedabad on 8th October from 9 am to 5 pm

(The interview will take place at Punchkula, Haryana)

Quality Assurance

Executive to Assistant Manager – (IPQA): B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 3-8 years of relevant experience in IPQA activities such as line clearance, in process, sampling of in process and finished products, swab sampling and review of BMR for manufacturing and packing line in oral solid dosage manufacturing facilities.

Warehouse

Technical Assistant (Operator): ITI / Diploma / B.A. / B.com with 3-9 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations viz: receipt. storage, issuance and handling of materials. Candidates having knowledge on ASRS system, stacker operation & SAP system will be preferred.

Officer to Senior Executive: B.Sc./ M.Sc./B. Pharm graduate with 3-9 years of experience in handling warehouse activities. Candidates would be responsible for handling raw material, packing material receipt and issuance activities, handling expired, rejected, non-moving and obsolete inventory. They should have good knowledge of QMS areas and equipment qualification related activities, well versed with SAP MM module with WMS and should have exposure to USFDA/ MHRA and other regulatory audits.

Dispensing

Technical Assistant: Diploma in Engineering / D. Pharm / B.Sc. with 3-8 years of relevant experience in raw material and solvent dispensing operations and having knowledge of SAP system.

Officer to Senior Executive B.Sc./ M.Sc./B. Pharm graduate with 3-8 years of experience in handling of all raw material dispensing operations. Candidates should be well versed with SAP WMS, QMS, qualification & MES/ automated dispensing system. They should have exposure to USFDA/ MHRA and other regulatory audits.

Production

Technical Assistant (Operator): Diploma in Engineering / Pharmacy with 4-10 years of experience in operating machines like granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA). wurster coater (ACG. Glatt, Ohara, Anish), fitzpatrick roll compactor, compression machines (Fette, Korsch), coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson). performing line clearance, operating and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

Executive to Assistant Manager: B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 4-10 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like granulation. compression and QMS. Candidates would be responsible for planning the manufacturing batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning equipment, instrument and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) and managing manpower and allocating daily activities. Exposure to regulatory audit is must.

Packing

Technical Assistant (Operator): Diploma / D.Pharm with 4-10 years of relevant experience in primary operating machines for bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, blister line(BQS) and sachet packing(Wraptech). Candidates would be responsible for performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment, monitoring equipment performances and breakdown, maintaining yield and productivity as per process instruction, receiving, arranging store and maintaining the material. movement of packaging material.

Executive to Assistant Manager: B.Pharm graduate with 4-10 years of experience in handling primary packing activities. Candidates would be responsible for performing packing line clearance, supervising operation for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, blister line(BQS) and sachet packing(wraptech), cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items, track and trace (OPTEL) as well as visual inspection, handling qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), preparing SOPs and GMP documents, performing SAP transactions as per requirement and candidates should be accountable for yield and productivity.
