Inviting candidates for a walk-in interview for Formulations Manufacturing plant, Ahmedabad on 18th December from 9 am to 3 pm.
(We are recruiting for our Moraiya unit and the interview will take place at Vadodara)
Production – Tablet / Capsule
Officer to Assistant Manager – OSD: B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 2-8 years of experience in tablet / capsule department with experience in gelatin preparation with overall understanding of soft gelatin process, encapsulation, granulation, compression, coating and inspection. Candidates would be responsible for planning the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC, monitoring line clearance, cleaning equipment, instrument and auxiliary items, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) and handling manpower and allocating daily activities.
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant – OSD: ITI / Diploma with 3 – 12 years of experience in operating machines like encapsulation machines (bochang. changsung, KDE, GIC, gamma ACG), imprinting, visual inspection, granulation (ACG glatt, tapasya, GEA), wurster coater (ACG, glatt, anish), fitzpatrick roll compactor. compression machines (fette, korsch), coating machines (glatt, ACG, ganson). performing line clearance, operating and cleaning of equipment / instrument/ auxiliary items.
Packing – Tablet / Capsule
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant – OSD: ITI / Diploma with 3 – 12 years of experience in operating machines like sachet packing and blister packing machines (BOS, ACG, PamPac), performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Production – Transdermal
Officer to Assistant Manager: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/ B. Sc./ M. Sc. with 2-8 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to shop floor production activities and QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS.
Plant Operator / Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma with 3-12 years of experience in production department. Candidates having exposure to machine operation activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS.
Warehouse
Officer / Executive – Dispensing : B.Sc. with 3-7 years of experience in handling
warehouse activities like dispensing, raw material, packaging material, finished goods of oral solid dosage, online documentation and reconciliation of materials. Candidates should have experience in handling physical stock verification & QMS documentation and SAP.
Engineering
Executive / Sr. Executive: B.E/B.Tech with 4-8 years of experience in scheduling and executing preventive maintenance activities of OSD equipment, HVAC + BMS operations, installation and upgradation, scheduling and executing preventive maintenance, instrumentation and in-house calibration as well as external calibration activities, maintaining air compressor, chiller, water system and knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HLM required.
Technician: Diploma / ITI with 3-12 years of experience in HVAC + BMS, HT, LT panels routine operations, experience in operations of air compressor, chiller and water system. Candidates should have experience in OSD process equipment maintenance, instrument – sensors controls, machine operation, PLC, HML, SCADA and experience in calibration activities.
Quality Assurance – OSD
Officer to Senior Executive : Quality Assurance (IPQA): B. Pharm / M.Sc./ M. Pharm with 2-6 years of relevant experience in IPQA and manufacturing / packing QMS related activities in oral solid dosage manufacturing facilities.
Quality Control – OSD
Officer to Executive: Quality Control (Analyst): B.Sc. / B. Pharm / M.Sc. with 2-5 years of experience in handling analytical instruments like HPLC, dissolution apparatus and UV visible spectrometer. Candidates should also have exposure in WET analysis, stability studies for oral solid dosage form.
