Your Job Profile

Manager in the HR vertical of International Business

Custodian of HR policies and its implementation.

Managing end-to-end talent life-cycle.

Driving PMS and workforce planning. Facilitating Payroll and compensation management for all employees in
global location.

Preparing key reports with analytics for management review.

Preparing and tracking HR budgets in consultation with business. Providing expertise in HR matters for due diligence in M&As.

Your Location

Global Headquarters, Zydus Corporate Park, Ahmedabad.

Your Qualification

An MBA in HR management/MHRM with nearly 10 years of working experience in large companies in corporate / international HR functions.

Preferably two years of international HR experience. Proven skills in communication and stakeholder management.
