We have an opening in our Purchase department at Zenvision Pharma LLP, Navi Mumbai.
Total experience required – 6 to 9 years (of Pharma field only)
Gender preference – Male/Female

JD is given below:
i) purchasing process, calling quotations for requested material from Stakeholders.
ii) Negotiate with Vendors
iii) Follow up of vendors for material procurements.
iv) Collecting quotations from various vendors against purchase requisition
v) Making a comparison of received quotations for rate quality etc for analysis and finalization
vi) To support and assist Management by providing necessary data as and when required.
vii) Maintaining and preparation of documents related to Audits .
viii)Local / cash purchasing as per the requirement
ix) Co-ordination with Stores department for inventory
