We at Zenvision Pharma, Mahape are looking for candidates for Formulation R&D dept having an experience of 1 to 3 years in Injectables.

Job description is given below for your reference:
i) To perform Formulation development trials or batches of injectable products assigned by team leader/ HOD.
ii) To perform RLD Characterization & planning formulation strategies along with assessment of QTPP & CQA.
iii) To execute the pre-formulation study, development lab trials and stability batches and optimization of manufacturing process, performing the QbD/ DoE based trials.
iv) To prepare documents such as product development report and scale up documents, drafting tentative specification for API, RM and finished product based on scientific rationale.
v) Initiation and review documents related to filter validation (as applicable).
vi) To compile and interpretation of results, drawing conclusions.
vii) To Co-ordinate with cross functional teams for the timely completion of assigned activities.
viii) To participate in IQ, OQ, PQ of instruments/equipment’s installed at R&D Centre.
ix) To perform the formulation technology transfer from lab to respective manufacturing unit/ plant with required documentation.
