Walk-in Interview Details

Available Positions and Eligibility
Zenfold is looking for candidates who are driven by manufacturing excellence, compliance, and operational discipline. The hiring covers roles ranging from Trainees to Senior Executives.
- Experience Required: 0 to 6 Years
- Education Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Tech
Key Job Responsibilities
Depending on the level of experience, successful candidates will be responsible for a variety of critical production tasks, including:
- Core Operations: Managing reactor charging, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and other unit operations.
- Manufacturing Standards: Executing batch manufacturing in strict accordance with approved BMR/BPR and maintaining adherence to SOPs, cGMP, EHS, and data integrity standards.
- Process Monitoring: Constant monitoring of critical parameters such as Temperature, Pressure, and RPM.
- Documentation & Coordination: Maintaining production records and coordinating with QA/QC departments for sampling and in-process quality checks.
- Leadership & Optimization: For senior roles, leading shift operations and manpower allocation. All team members are expected to contribute to yield improvement, cost optimization, and the implementation of 5S and Lean initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensuring audit readiness and handling deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and supporting CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation.
