Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting aggregate reporting activities across global and country-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end PSUR delivery, including template generation, stakeholder coordination, data readiness, safety analysis, medical review, QC, and comment resolution.
- Handle regulatory submission and publishing, including HPS approval, RA coordination, system uploads, approvals, and complete archival.
- Support VAP and compliance management, including input coordination, agreement validation, tracker updates, and review facilitation.
- Provide global and country-specific support, including Russia supplements, schedules, trackers, audits, and regulatory queries.
- Support operational governance through systems, shared mailboxes, KPIs, process improvements, and aggregate reporting activities.
- Work on various aggregate reports such as PSUR, DSUR, APQR, AS, and US-PSR.
Required Experience
Candidates should have relevant experience in pharmacovigilance, development, aggregate reporting, or closely related responsibilities.
The job requirements include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance (PV), Development, or closely related areas, or
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PADER writing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PSUR writing.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should hold any of the following qualifications:
- Master’s in Pharmacy
- Pharm D
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences
