Having Knowledge of Analytical Method Validation, Verification & Method Transfer. Having skill for data interpretation, troubleshooting. Pharma knowledge of Solid orals & Quality process. USFDA MHRA, ANVISA & Other regulatory exposure is preferred including ICH guidelines

Designation: Technical Assistant/ Executive

Skill Set: IPQA GMS Activity, Handling of Market Complaints, OOS Validation, Review of BMR & BPR

Knowledge of Documentation, QMS (Deviation, Change Control, Market Complaints), OOS. OOT, Validation Qualification, IPQA Audit Compliance.

Department: PRODUCTION (Formulation)

Experience: 2 to 7 Years

Designation: Technical Assistant/ Executive

Skill Set:

Having good knowledge of Granulation Machines (RMG, FBP), Compression Machine and Coating process. Should have exposure to handling of Validation and Qualification procedures.

Knowledge of handling SAP activities

Department: PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROLLING

Experience: 2 to 7 Years

Designation: Technical Assistant/ Executive

Skill Set: Day wise Manufacturing planning/scheduling reference to delivery schedule & Plan upto 3 months. Raw Material & Pkg material planning (shortages/requirement) based upon plan & forecast (upto 6 months), through MRP Production Order & Purchase Requisition creation as per plan (for batches/material planning)

Regular follow up with cross functional teams/departments for compliance of planning schedule.

MIS preparation, reference to Product/SKU wise Budget, Demand & achievement data (dally, monthly, quarterly, yearly basis) Working experience of SAP & MS office (word, Excel, Power Point)
