About the Opportunity
The Formulation R&D Department plays a crucial role in the development of innovative pharmaceutical formulations. As part of MSN’s R&D division, selected candidates will be involved in the design, development, and optimization of various dosage forms, contributing directly to the company’s pipeline of high-quality products.
Formulation R&D Department ( Formulations R&D) in Formulation Division – R&D Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulation Development: Lead the formulation development process for new pharmaceutical products, including solid oral dosage forms, liquids, and semisolids.
Experimental Design: Plan and execute formulation experiments, optimizing product composition, excipients, and processes for efficacy and stability.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of experimental procedures, results, and regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and protocols.
Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure that all formulations adhere to applicable regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
Analytical Techniques: Employ a variety of analytical techniques, such as HPLC, dissolution testing, and spectroscopy, to evaluate formulation properties.
Scale-up and Tech Transfer: Assist in the scale-up of successful formulations from laboratory to pilot plant and full-scale manufacturing, facilitating technology transfer.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including analytical, regulatory, and quality control, to drive projects to completion.

Qualification : M Pharma (Pharmaceutics)
